Military Council Forces Were Attacked While Driving Along Nwar Htho Gyi Road, One Killed

In Mandalay Region, military council troops were attacked while driving along the road from Myingyan to Nwar Htho Gyi, resulting in casualties, including fatalities, according to a statement from the Zero Guerrilla Battalion.
On the morning of October 22, police, Pyu Saw Hti, and military council troops under the command of the military council were driving in three Double Cap vehicles when joint defense forces suddenly ambushed them. One military council soldier was killed and several others were injured, according to reports.
As the military council troops fled, they were unable to take the jammer-equipped vehicle and the jammer device with them, so the joint forces destroyed them on the spot, according to reports.
During the attack, the forces seized one MA1, one MA3, and one G3 rifle from the troops. The operation was carried out jointly by the Zero Guerrilla Battalion (Mingyan District Battalion 7) and Mingyan District Battalion 8.
